Your three rules

Your three rules

Hygiene's sorted. Quick recap.

What you've got now

  • What happens when your data hits cloud AI — storage, training, the limits of deletion.
  • Red / amber / green — a filter to run before you hit Enter.
  • Settings checked on at least one platform — you know your own training/activity stance.
  • Lab rules for the hands-on lessons — fake scenarios, no client secrets.

Write your three rules

On paper or in a notes app, finish these off — in your words, not mine:

  1. I will never paste: _________________________________
  2. I will anonymise or wait when: _________________________________
  3. For Lessons 9–10 I will use: _________________________________ (e.g. "the Example Ink fictional shop, only")

Keep them somewhere you'll see them the next time you open ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

What's next

Lesson 9 — Meet the platforms — a hands-on tour: finding research, images and thinking modes in the actual UI (while following your new rules).

My own rule 1 is still "no customer full names." Rule 3 is still that fake Leeds tattoo shop. Sounds childish. Works perfectly.

Warning

Real power. Educational use only.

What we teach you to build is genuinely powerful — uncensored assistants, agents, and automations on your own hardware. In the wrong hands, that is as dangerous as malicious code in the wrong hands. We do not teach illegal, malicious, or harmful use. You are responsible for what you deploy.
