Hygiene's sorted. Quick recap.
What you've got now
- What happens when your data hits cloud AI — storage, training, the limits of deletion.
- Red / amber / green — a filter to run before you hit Enter.
- Settings checked on at least one platform — you know your own training/activity stance.
- Lab rules for the hands-on lessons — fake scenarios, no client secrets.
Write your three rules
On paper or in a notes app, finish these off — in your words, not mine:
- I will never paste: _________________________________
- I will anonymise or wait when: _________________________________
- For Lessons 9–10 I will use: _________________________________ (e.g. "the Example Ink fictional shop, only")
Keep them somewhere you'll see them the next time you open ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
What's next
Lesson 9 — Meet the platforms — a hands-on tour: finding research, images and thinking modes in the actual UI (while following your new rules).
My own rule 1 is still "no customer full names." Rule 3 is still that fake Leeds tattoo shop. Sounds childish. Works perfectly.
